In Andenes erwartet uns endlich auch die Mitternachtssonne - wegen der Sommerzeit allerdings erst um 1:00 Uhr morgens. Am nördlichsten Punkt von Vesterålen gibt es in Richtung Norden auch keine Berge mehr, hinter der sie sich verstecken könnte.

Andenes is the first place where we can enjoy the Midnight Sun (not until 1.00 a.m. due to the summertime) as there are no mountains to hide behind at the northmost point of Vesterålen.
