Flüela Weisshorn

Eine weitere schöne Tour von der Flüela Passstrasse aus ist das Flüela Weisshorn, das sozusagen das Gegenstück zum Schwarzhorn darstellt. Das Weisshorn gehört noch zur Silvretta Gruppe. Die Tour selbst ist etwas anspruchsvoller als das Schwarzhorn, mit 3,5 Stunden Aufstiegszeit aber durchaus noch im moderaten Bereich.

Vom Parkplatz des Wegerhus auf 2200 m (von Davos aus kommend etwas unterhalb der Passhöhe) wandert man hinauf zur Winterlücke (2850 m). Von hier aus folgt man den Wegspuren und gelangt  in leichter Blockkletterei zum Gipfel. Auf dem gleichen Weg geht es auch wieder zurück zur Flüela Passstrasse.

Another nice climb that starts at the Fluela Pass road is Fluela Weisshorn which can be regarded as the counterpart of the Schwarzhorn opposite the Pass. It belongs to the Silvretta Range. The climb itself is more demanding than the Schwarzhorn but with 3.5 hours the ascent is still moderate.

Starting at the parking at Wegerhus (2200 m - below the pass in direction to Davos) we walk up to the 'Winterlücke' gap at 2850 m. Following the traces and climbing the boulders on the north ridge we finally reach the summit at 3085 m. The same way is taken back to the Fluela Pass road.

An der Winterlücke beginnen die letzten 200 Höhenmeter, die in leichter Blockkletterei zum Gipfel führen.
